Not sure what to eat? Having trouble finding foods that fit your special diet? We have spent months compiling the solution. Our non-dairy product list downloads cover the bases: - Comprehensive – From cereals to baking mixes, to milk alternatives, we have scoured every aisle to help fill your cupboards and refrigerator. Our shopping trips have covered both mainstream grocers and natural food grocers, identifying foods that are dairy ingredient-free (including casein, lactose, and whey).
- More Than Non-Dairy – Each product list contains special diet columns noting if the products are vegan, kosher certified, gluten ingredient free, soy ingredient free, and/or manufactured on dairy-free dedicated equipment.
- Trans Fat Free – We don’t seek out just any non-dairy foods, we look for those that are also free of hydrogenated oils (trans fats) and high fructose corn syrup.
- Active Links – Questions on the products? Click right through to the company’s website to obtain more information.

What is Non-Dairy? Our lists contain products, which at the time of our research, were free of any milk-based ingredients. If you are seeking products made without eggs as well, then our vegan listings should assist you. Why do we say “Ingredient free?” Some products are subject to cross-contamination with known allergens in manufacturing processes. Ingredient free indicates that the product itself was not made with the allergen noted (dairy, soy, gluten, etc.), but to keep in mind that cross-contamination is a possibility in many manufacturing facilities. This may not be an issue for most people, as the results of cross-contamination are usually trace, if any. However, for highly sensitive or allergic individuals it could be a life-threatening problem. If concerned, use the web links within our product lists to obtain the contact information for the manufacturers, and inquire directly about processes. For the milk allergic, we have created a “Dairy-Free Dedicated Equipment” column and download. This notes products, which have been manufactured on dedicated equipment that is assumed safe for those with dairy allergies. However, processes may be subject to change, and our listings do not make such specifications for gluten, soy, eggs, or other known allergens.
