Galaxy Foods has a new line of vegan rice cheese slices.  It is different than the regular vegan slices they currently carry, which are excellent as well.   These vegan rice slices of cheese actually melt, and do not contain any dairy, soy or gluten products!  Now those who suffer from dairy, soy and gluten intolerances or allergies can enjoy a sandwich with new options available to them. 

Just think, that when you preparing lunch, you could actually enjoy a grilled cheese sandwich or a turkey club sandwich without the waxy taste sometimes found in other cheese substitutes.  Served on crackers and cheese, melted over your veggies or just eating it out of the package, you have a variety of flavors to choose from.  With Pepper Jack, Mozzarella and America Cheese flavors now available, you have an assortment of cheese to choose from.   The only downfalls would be the small packaging, just 8 slices per package, which does not last long at our house, and the oily feeling it has when handling the product. 

Galaxy Foods also carries a whole line of vegan parm cheese, block vegan cheese, and vegan slices, in addition to other products that do contain dairy ingredients, so make your selection carefully.
