Talk about yummy! I love marble cake and this one was tops! It had the perfect blend of vanilla-y and chocolate-y swirls. When I cut into the loaf the knife slid right through the loaf- no crumbles, no mess. Which is what I like when it comes to GF goodies. I hate it when you cut into them and they just fall right apart. This one was no issue- the loaf is perfect to serve at a little tea party for little ones or for adults!

It has that slight flavor of orange juice that kicks the sweetness up a notch. Yummy! It does contain eggs so it's not vegan- but certainly for the person who would like to try something Gluten and Dairy free- this is an excellent little snack to try out!
