Ener-G Ginger Cookies (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Soy-Free) PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 18 May 2006

Ener-G Ginger Cookies are an incredible find for ginger fans!  Ener-G upheld their quality standards with these little gems.  They have a pleasant melt-in-your-mouth texture, slightly chewy yet very soft.  Our five ginger loving taste testers (all women coincidentally) loved the extra bold and spicy kick that we were sure could have only come from freshly ground ginger.  The ginger cookies have just enough sugar to offset the spice, making them an excellent accompaniment to afternoon tea.  Our non-ginger fans steered clear from these samples, which I think was wise.  They are potent.  Diet-wise, they are gluten free and relatively low in calories, only 60 calories a pop.

  • Pros: Relatively low in calories; Gluten-free; Bold flavor; Soft texture
  • Cons: May be too potent for some

Recommended For:

  • Ginger Purists
  • Afternoon Tea
  • Pie Crusts

Where to Buy:

  • Online – Direct from Ener-G
  • In Store - Sold in stores throughout the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
