This bar is what it is, peanuts, apricots, and pure sweet honey.  I can only think to describe it as chewy, peanuty, and dotted with tasty bites of dried apricots.  Okay, a few more adjectives I might use are simple, mellow, pleasant, and sweet.  At only 160 calories, I found this bar to be a great snack before heading out for some exercise.  It had a good jolt of sugar for energy, a bit of protein from the peanuts, yet it didn’t way me down.

• Cons:  High in sugar; Contains sulfites for dried fruit preservation
