Blueberry and Flaxseed Smoothie (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free) |

Ingredients: - 1 cup organic fresh or frozen blueberries (or peaches, raspberries, & strawberries)
- 1 organic frozen banana
- 2 cups organic pomegranate or other unsweetened fruit juice
- ½ cup organic soy kefir or organic plain soy yogurt (or 1 cup organic soy milk)
- 1 tablespoon organic ground flaxseed
- Optional: If you prefer it sweeter, add organic honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
