Ingredients:

• 6 oz. of ALMOND BREEZE™ Chocolate flavor
• 1/2 banana
• 1 Tbsp. protein powder
• 2 Tbsp. Blue Diamond® almonds or walnuts
• 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 Tbsp. honey or pure maple syrup
• 3 ice cubes

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.  Serve chilled and garnish with low fat whipped topping, if desired, for a festive touch.

Yield:  one serving
