Serves: 2 Ingredients: - 1/3 cup almonds, soaked for 8 hours, rinse well
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups water
Directions: Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth. Serving suggestion: add 1 cup of ice and blend 10 seconds just before serving. Quote this article on your site | Print
