Cucumber Mojito 2 cucumbers 1 cup lemon juice 1 bunch fresh mint leaves 16 ounces rum 16 ounces club soda 1/2 cup sugar Ice Peel and muddle the cucumbers, using a mortar and pestle if you have one. Combine muddled cucumber, lemon juice, mint, rum, club soda, sugar and ice. Stir and serve on a warm summer day. Quote this article on your site
