I noticed that kiwis have been popping up on sale again, and thought that this recipe from the Kansas Soybean Board seemed quite suitable. Be sure to select non-GMO tofu.
Ingredients: - 1 medium banana, peeled
- 1 medium kiwi, peeled
- ½ cup orange juice
- 2 ounces silken tofu
- ½ crushed ice
