Ingredients: - 1 cup strong Coffee
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/4 Tsp Peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Almond Breeze®
- Peppermint stick, optional
- Truly Non-dairy whipped topping, optional
Mix coffee, cocoa, and peppermint extract together. Froth Chocolate Almond Breeze® until hot and foamy. Pour over coffee. Top with whipped topping and serve with a peppermint stir stick.
Yield: 1 Serving
Prep time 5 minutes.
