Rice Flour Bread (Gluten-Free) |

Thanks to Go Dairy Free viewer Pat for emailing in her favorite gluten-free / wheat-free and dairy-free bread recipe! - 4 dessert spoons white rice flour
- 1 spoon brown rice flour
- 2 cups organ self raising flour
- 1 cup of arrowroot flour
- 2 teaspoons of wards baking power
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- a dessert spoon of dairy-free margarine
- 1 cup of soya milk (I used So Good brand)
Preheat oven to 200ºC Grease and flour a 9x5 or similar bread pan Combine all ingredients Put in oven cook for 35 minutes When it comes out leave on side covered Quote this article on your site | Print
