Ingredients: 1 cup Wheat Flakes (Rolled) 2 cups Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned 1 cup Rye Flakes (Rolled) 1/2 cup Flaxseed 1 cup Sesame Seeds (Natural Brown) 1 cup Sunflower Seeds (Raw Shelled) 1 cup Wheat Germ 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (for vegan) or Honey 1 cup Oil (1/2 cup if Honey is used) 1/2 cup Raisins (Unsulfured) 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Turn into ungreased roasting pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring periodically during baking. Cool. Store in covered plastic container. Makes 36 servings. Quote this article on your site
