Sausage Patties (Soy Free) |

Ingredients: - 12 ounces turkey breast, boneless and skinless -- ground
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons milk alternative (your choice)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage -- crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds -- crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, milk, garlic, sage, fennel seeds, salt, pepper, and parsley. Form the mixture into six 3 1/2 inch patties. In a 10 inch nonstick skillet, heat the oil over moderate heat. Add the patties and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. Quote this article on your site
