Vegan "Turkey" Loaf (Vegan) |

This recipe originated with the Weimar Institute of Health & Education.
Ingredients: - ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1cup whole-grain bread crumbs
- 1 ½ pounds firm tofu
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, fine chop
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- ½ cup chopped water chestnuts
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Press mixture into a loaf pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake one hour. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Slice and serve warm. Also makes great sandwiches. Quote this article on your site | Print
