Silken tofu is just another type of tofu. It will say "silken" on the package specifically. There are several brands on the market. Many are water packed and found in the refrigerated section (they look just like regular tofu), but the best brand is Mori-nu and it is actually shelf stable. You will find it in a small vacuum-packed box, often with the Asian food. It is usually easy to find in most natural food stores and Asian markets, but some larger grocers also carry it.
