Maple Pork Sauce (Vegan) PDF Print E-mail
You can pick up Nanny's products in stores (ie Whole Foods) or direct from their website.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nanny's Jamacian Kitchen BBQ & Dipping Sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (not imitation)
  • 1 T. brandy (optional)
  • 1 T. butter alternative (we used Earth Balance)

Directions:

Mix first three ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat on low. Add butter until melted. Serve as a dipping sauce or pour over pork.

I left out the brandy and trialed it with Smart Balance spread, it was great! 8)

I like this recipe because it's super easy but adds so much flavor to plain pork. I make it all the time.
