Simple Roasted Asparagus (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Soy-Free) |

Ingredients: - 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 400ºF Trim off dry ends of asparagus. Place asparagus in oven-proof dish and toss with olive oil and a pinch or two of salt until all asparagus is coated. Roast in 400 degree (Fahrenheit) oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste. Quote this article on your site
