"This snack is a perfect on-the-go treat! Easy and delicious."
Each serving contains 6g Dietary Fiber and 6g Protein.

Ingredients:

1 cup Rolled Barley Flakes                 
1 cup Regular Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut                 
1/2 cup unsalted whole Almonds
1/2 cup Wheat Germ                          
1/2 cup Roasted Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Raisins                                   
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup                   
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract                           
1 tsp. Almond Extract


Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, stir together first seven ingredients. In a medium bowl, use medium speed of an electric mixer to beat remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients, stirring until well coated. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Cool completely in pan. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.

Makes about 5 1/2 cups snack mix. Makes 12 servings.
