Instant Pudding PDF Print E-mail

Serves: 2-3

1 4oz Box of instant pudding mix (dairy free flavor of choice)
1 Cup vanilla or plain soymilk

Follow the directions on the box, using just one cup of soymilk in place of all of the milk. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

this does not work...soymild does not \"settle\" or sit like milk does, the pudding will always be runny... I need another recipe, my daughter used to love pudding!!!

With just 1 to 1.5 cups of soymilk, it will set up. You can't follow the directions on the package, which call for 2 cups. If it didn't set up, then I am guessing that was the problem. 
 
I prefer to use the instant pudding recipes in Go Dairy Free the book though - http://tinyurl.com/9bcy7o. The one made with coconut milk is my favorite and oh so easy!
