No Bones Beach Club - The first ever plant based tiki bar now located in Seattle, WA and is offering up fresh cocktails and unique coastal inspired meals!

After being voted #1 Food Truck by Seattle Weekly in 2015, the founders of No Bones Beach Club decided to open up a brick and mortar restaurant in the Ballard neighobrhood of Seattle. Walking into this restaurant bar is quite the experience. Decorated with surfboards, hanging grass covers, and funky colored lights, it instantly transported you to a beach side tiki club.

No Bones Beach Club offers a full menu of unique appetizers, rolls, sandwiches, and salads. They also provide unique specials each night and decadent desserts that change daily. But don’t miss out on their Northwest Nachos. This delicious mountain is piled high with cashew poblano queso, black beans, salsa, scallions, and refreshing cilantro crema. The Taro Sando is also a very unique creation that’s definitely worth a try. And you can’t go wrong with the Beer Battered Avocado Tacos.

After reading Leah’s review here, Kelli emailed us to share their wonderful experience at No Bones Beach Club:

WOW!!!  We shared the amazing nachos and my husband had a margarita and I, their coconut mojito. We both thought the drinks were amazing (what a fun thing to add a bit of coconut creme to a mojito, as well as the rim being surrounded with toasted coconut ~ YUM!). The nachos were so good, piled with smashed beans, jalapeños, cilantro, tomato, green onions, the amazing cashew cheese and crema sauce, topping the homemade chips (at least we thought they were!). We could not believe how flavorful the nachos were.

We will, for sure, be returning to No Bones on a regular basis.  I have never been to a truly vegan restaurant before, so I am usually having to hover over the waitstaff, making sure they truly understand my dairy-free lifestyle, and always *hoping* they got it right.  So this was such a great experience.  We look forward to trying the avocado tacos next time!
