Updated February 2023! Pei Wei is the fast casual chain owned by P.F. Chang’s. They have an open kitchen concept where you can watch the flames dance as they prepare your meal. I’ve always loved this chain for their atmosphere and flavors. And they can be a good option for dairy-free diners. We’ve noted all of the options, along with gluten-free choices, other allergen notes, and a separate vegan menu guide with good custom order options.
Pei Wei Dairy-Free Menu Guide with Allergen Notes & Vegan Options
Be aware of special order requirements in parentheses () next to the menu items, and see the Heads Up notes to help fill in the blanks. Please note that this guide is for the U.S. locations. Options may vary in other countries.
Other Allergen & Dietary Notes: All items below are made without egg, peanuts, and tree nuts, unless otherwise noted. They might be labeling coconut as a tree nut. If you are allergic to any tree nuts, but are not allergic to coconut, confirm the ingredients in store to see if any of the tree nut labeled dishes are safe for you. We have also labeled which items are available gluten-free. All bowls, shareables, and entrees at Pei Wei contain soy. Fish and shellfish linger in some surprising dishes at Pei Wei, so check their allergen information if these are a concern to you. For vegan options, see the Vegan Menu Guide at the bottom of this post.
