NH, Nashua – The Seedling Cafe

Thanks to Go Dairy Free viewer Carrie, who sent us this recommendation, "I would like to suggest Seedling Cafe as an addition to your list.  Located in Nashua, NH I was delighted to discover this restaurant.  They indicate on many of their menu items whether the food is dairy-free, vegan, or vegetarian (sometimes all of the above)."

It is true, their focus appears to be on all-natural, healthy food.  They are not a vegetarian restaurant, as evidenced by items such as turkey and chicken wraps, but they do clearly identify which items are dairy-free, vegetarian, gluten-free, or made without nuts!

They appear to be a lunch spot, but they also offer take-out and catering.
