Go Dairy Free

Go Dairy Free: The Guide and Cookbook for Milk Allergies, Lactose Intolerance, and Casein-Free Living

NY, Buffalo – Merge

She hasn't tried this restaurant, but Karen at Avoiding Milk Protein sent this dining suggestion.

Merge seeks to bring everyone together by offering cuisine for virtually every dietary need. They have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and raw food options, all of which are clearly marked on their menu. For you Teese Cheese lovers, this is a restaurant to hit.

Keep in mind, this isn't a strict free-from place, so you can go with your friends who might enjoy some chicken, seafood, or real cheese. But you can enjoy some pine nut cheese lasagna … how cool is that?

Serving lunch and dinner (into the wee hours), but closed on Sundays.

See their website for menu and hours: www.mergebuffalo.com

Location: 439 delaware avenue, buffalo, ny 14202
