1 cup papaya juice
1 cup dairy-free coconut yogurt alternative
2 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger or ⅛ teaspoon ginger powder(optional)
Honey or agave nectar, to taste (optional)
Ice (optional)
Instructions
Put the dairy-free yogurt, coconut, and ginger (if using) in your blender and puree until smooth.
Add the papaya juice and blend to combine. Taste test and add sweetener, if desired.
For a frostier smoothie, blend in some ice.
