Cajun Baked Catfish

- 1½ lb catfish fillets
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus lemon wedges for serving
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, such as Tony Chachere’s, or to taste
- Fresh parsley, for serving
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Place the catfish in a single layer in your prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the garlic, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning evenly over the fish.
- Bake the fish, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish the catfish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges to serve.
