Ingredients
  • 1½ lb catfish fillets
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus lemon wedges for serving
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, such as Tony Chachere’s, or to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a large baking dish.
  2. Place the catfish in a single layer in your prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the garlic, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning evenly over the fish.
  4. Bake the fish, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish the catfish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges to serve.
