Ingredients
4 cups fresh, sliced peaches
1 cup vanilla dairy-free milk beverage
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ to ¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
Instructions
Spread the sliced peaches on cookie sheet and freeze for 4 hours.
Place the frozen peaches, milk beverage, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt in your food processor, and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately as soft serve or scrape into a container and freeze for 30 minutes or longer for a firmer, scoopable texture.
