Blueberry Flaxseed Smoothie

Serves: 1 smoothie
- 1 cup organic fresh or frozen blueberries (or peaches, raspberries, & strawberries)
- 1 organic frozen banana
- 2 cups organic pomegranate or other unsweetened fruit juice
- ½ cup organic dairy-free kefir or yogurt
- 1 tablespoon organic ground flaxseed
- Optional: If you prefer it sweeter, add organic honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
- Pulse everything in the blender and enjoy.
