Health Cereal

- 1 cup wheat flakes (rolled)
- 2 cups oats, rolled, regular old fashioned
- 1 cup rye flakes (rolled)
- ½ cup flaxseed
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (raw shelled)
- 1 cup wheat germ
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Turn into ungreased roasting pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring periodically during baking.
- Cool.
- Store in covered plastic container.
