This easy chicken recipe is from Karen Blue of Avoiding Milk Protein... Serve with fresh salad, and light vinagrette. Allow time for the chicken to marinate. This can be prepared a day ahead.
Serves: 6 servings
Ingredients
1 – 2 cups water
1 tablespoon mustard (try plain honey garlic or spicy mustard)
pinch brown sugar
shake of pepper
6-10 slices of chicken
Instructions
Combine the water, mustard, sugar, and pepper in a large dish.
Marinate chicken in mustard mixture, for at least a hour.
BBQ on grill.
