Crispy Capers
- ½ cup capers, drained
- ⅓ cup grapeseed oil
- To prepare the capers, let them dry on paper towels for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the capers and decrease the heat to medium-low. Cook the capers, stirring often, until crispy, 5 to 8 minutes.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to paper towels to drain.
