Make Your Own Snack Mix
- 1 cup dairy-free toasted oat cereal
- ¼ cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts (or other unsalted nut)
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- Combine all ingredients, and toss well.
- Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Tip: Put snack mix in individual snack-sized bags for a great grab-and-go snack.
