Note that we added sweetener as an option in one step of Tiffany's recipe to compensate if your other fruit isn't quite sweet enough. We found that simply sweetening in the mango step, set the stage for a nice frosty smoothie overall. You can also add a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten the flavors. This makes a very large smoothie - for kid-sized treats, divide the mixtures between 2 glasses.

Ingredients
1 cup plain or unsweetened dairy-free milk beverage, divided
½ cup frozen mango chunks
¼ cup vanilla dairy-free yogurt
Sweetener (stevia, agave, or your choice), to taste (optional)
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup baby spinach leaves
Instructions
Place ½ cup milk beverage and the mango and yogurt in your blender. Blend until smooth. Taste test, and add your desired sweetener to taste, if needed.
Pour half of the mango mixture into a large glass (at least 20-ounce).
Add the strawberries and ¼ cup milk beverage to the remaining smoothie in your blender. Blend until smooth.
Spoon half of the strawberry mixture into glass on top of the mango layer.
Add the blueberries and remaining ¼ cup milk beverage to the remaining smoothie in your blender. Blend until smooth.
Spoon half of the blueberry mixture into glass on top of the strawberry layer.
Add the spinach to remaining smoothie in your blender. Blend until smooth.
Spoon the spinach mixture into the glass, on top of the blueberry layer.
