Coffee Glaze

Serves: enough for 6 donuts
- 1½ cups powdered sugar (icing or confectioners')
- 5 tablespoons dairy-free milk alternative, or additional as needed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon instant coffee
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons milk alternative, vanilla, and coffee.
- If the icing is too thick, whisk in more milk beverage as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time, until it is thin enough to drizzle.
- If needed, pour the icing through a sieve to catch any lumps.
- Immediately drizzle on your recipe, it will set up slightly as it cools.
