Dairy-Free Low-Fat Ranch Dressing

This healthy dressing uses a base of dairy-free yogurt with just a touch of mayonnaise to make it smooth and rich. It's on the tangy side. You can reduce the lemon juice, to taste, if you prefer it less tangy.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup plain coconut milk yogurt (Moriah uses So Delicious unsweetened)
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon regular or vegan mayonnaise
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, dill, onion, lemon juice and mayo.
  2. Whisk in garlic salt, salt and pepper, as desired.
Notes
Large Batch Option: In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup unsweetened plain coconut milk yogurt, ¼ cup lemon juice, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon dill, 1 teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ⅛ teaspoon salt, and black pepper, to taste. This makes about 1½ cups or 8 servings (3 tablespoons each).
