This wild blueberry smoothie was
almost
a prize winner, with the judge returning to it in the final tastings. So when we came home, we modified the recipe just a touch to perfect it.

Serves:
1 serving
Ingredients
¾ cup frozen
Wild Blueberries
½ cup
coconut milk beverage
or
light coconut milk
½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
½ very ripe banana
½ teaspoon lime juice
Small pinch salt
1 teaspoon honey or your favorite sweetener, to taste
Instructions
Place the Wild Blueberries, coconut milk beverage, pineapple, banana, lime juice, and salt in your blender and puree until smooth
Taste test for sweetness, and blend in honey or your favorite sweetener, to taste, if desired.
