FEAST stands for Fabulous Eats for the Allergic and Sensitive Types. And yes, this shop holds true, selling tons of packaged goods while freshly making select items in their kitchen that free from the most common food allergens, including gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.
FEAST was created and is run by chef Neil Lomas and his nurse wife, Wendy Zeh, both of whom have food allergies and intolerances. They personally test and select all pantry items carried at FEAST, and prepare items in-house like pot pies, donuts, caramels, and spreads (including a vegan buttery spread!). They even have an in-house vegan chocolatier who creates raw truffles and frozen avocado pops.
