Equivalent: 1 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Ingredients:

• ¾ cup Silken Tofu
• ¼ cup Honey

Directions: Place the tofu and honey in a blender and process until very smooth.  Cool before using, and store in the refrigerator.
