Butter-Cream Frosting (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup vegan non-dairy butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tbls soy milk

Mix all together...... sooo great! you can add food coloring also!

Thanks. I substituted rice milk for soy milk - but it was still great to go with our gluten free cake for my son who is on the gf/cf diet.

Thank you!!! I made this for my gf/cf/sf son for his birthday. I actually subbed orange juice for the milk, but it just added a nice little hint of orange on the tongue. This was really delicious!!! =)
