I can vouce, I have trialed several of the recipes, and we enjoyed them all, even though we aren't gluten-free on a daily basis ...

I was thoroughly impressed with the availability of the ingredients; the authors do not rely on expensive "gums" or exotic flours. In fact, I didn't even have to make a trip to the store before I had three different recipes whipped up.
