I’m so excited about this healthy living E-Book of yours! I also love the looks of that poached egg on the savory waffle. Wish you lived next door.

One question — how fancy are your jump rope skills? That chocolate mylk drink must help with recovery after a bout of “double under” jumping.

    Congratulations on the E-Book!

Haha! I do love jump roping and am fairly quick, but no double under skills yet – I get too nervous that I’ll fall flat on my face! :)
