The new flavor is a perfect option for making cheesy, dairy-free quesadillas, enchiladas, tacos, and fajitas. Keeping in line with their Mozzarella and Cheddar Style Shreds, the Pepperjack version is free of preservatives and has no cholesterol or trans fats.
Daiya Foods is one of the most recent brands to enter the cheese alternative market, and they have literally taken the industry by storm.
