Laura is a popular radio and television personality, author, chef, award-winning recording artist and actor, and creator of the “Jazzy Vegetarian.” She is the author of "Vegetarian Cooking for Every Day" and she is the host of the "Jazzy Vegetarian Television Show" on MiND TV in the greater Philadelphia area. Laura has made guest appearances on ABC, NBC, CBS, USA, Public Television and America’s Talking Network.
