Since they no longer make juices, there isn’t leftover pulp for Forager Project Vegetable Chips. For more dairy-free chip options, see our Dairy-Free Snack Reviews.
At a trade show a few years ago, I stopped in at the Forager Project booth and was offered something I didn’t expect, chips. Forager has long been known for their pure dairy-free cashewmilks and yogurts, so I didn’t quite get why they were launching a line of chips. But it turns out this wasn’t a new product, and it served a logical purpose. The chips were developed to use up the leftover pulp from the making of their cold-pressed vegetable juice.
Forager Project Vegetable Chips Lend Crunch to Leafy Greens
After several years as a side product, Forager’s Chips are becoming a popular snack food in their own right. They are more of a classic-looking chip now than the ones I sampled, but they’re still corn-free and filled with greens.
