  2. My favorite smoothie is: frozen strawberries & blueberries, bananas, ground flax, chia seeds, coconut milk, and almond milk…mmm… I also love to mix things up with spinach, applesauce, pears, grapes, honey, etc… Love.Love.Love Smoothies!
