Dairy-Free and “Ache” Free

Lisa ~ I am so excited to find your website. I am definitely very similar to the personal stories I read on your website. I had chronic headaches and stomachaches for my entire life until the age of 28. I was misdiagnosed with an ulcer. Then had chronic sinusitus which almost resulted in sinus surgery. I also was on prednisone for flare ups. It wasn't until I saw my third allergist/immunologist that finally tested me for an allergy to dairy. I cut it out for two weeks and was a new person. All of headaches, stomachaches and nasal issues completely went away. I have never been so happy in my life! My husband used to think I was too sensitive but now he feels bad because he realizes it was a real allergy.

Your story is exactly mine!!!! I have suffered all my life with allergies and sinus issues. I ended up in the hospital with severe sinusitis, was on 5 rounds of antibiotics and 2 steroids. I started doing research and linked dairy to my sinusitis. I went to the allergist and had her test me for a dairy allergy. Sure enough it was positive! I am on day 5 of dairy free and feel my sinuses opening up. Hoping for some relief! Wonder when you started feeling better?
