Natalie ~ I recently embarked on a fitness and lifestyle transformation. I hired a wonderful trainer and nutritional coach, who almost immediately asked that I stop consuming dairy products. This meant no milk, no cottage cheese, no ice cream, and (most difficult to let go of) no cheese. I also had to give up soy products.
Although I do love ice cream and frozen yogurt, and still enjoy those items on rare occasion, I am living a dairy- and soy-free lifestyle. I feel better than I ever have before. I noticed some bloating in my midsection and my face began to disappear.
Having always been wary of the dairy industry and its harmful impact on animals, I am proud to say that I am living a dairy-free lifestyle.
