Minette, Burbank,CA ~ I have had eczema since I was a child. But in the past 10 months it flared up. It looked so ugly on my entire face and neck that I leave the house only because I need to visit my patients. Yes, I look more sick than the patients I visit! I decline parties and visits with long lost relatives. Depressing! I’m 35 years old and wondered what happened. I researched about eczema online for months and I finally made my conclusion…milk! I knew I couldn’t digest whole milk but it didn’t occur to me that I slowly could not digesting even butter, yogurt and cheese. So I stopped eating desserts with cream, dairy ice cream, pastries with hints of butter, fetuccini alfredo and the likes, sour cream, etc. Lo and behold! With natural topical remedies, my rashes start to disappear. It has been 4 weeks now and I can’t be happier. My skin is radiant again and smooth. I thank the good Lord for answering my prayers as well.
