By ingredients, this recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, paleo-friendly, plant-based, and vegetarian.
For nut-free acai chia ice pops, substitute your favorite dairy-free, nut-free milk beverage for the almond milk.
- 1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk beverage
- 2 cups (300 g) frozen organic cherries, pitted
- 1 frozen banana, peeled
- 1 tablespoon (8 g) acai powder
- 3 tablespoons (21 g) chia seeds
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powdered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and add sticks. Place in the freezer overnight.
- Unmold and enjoy!

Is there any substitute for banana? I cannot eat them. Thanks, otherwise this sounds amazing!
If it were me, I would substitute about 1/2 cup frozen mango for the banana. It has a great consistency and the flavor goes nicely with these flavors.
