It’s taken me years to finally sample the famous Hilary’s Eat Well Veggie Burgers, but fortunately, this review is up just in time for grilling season.
Without even opening them, it’s hard not to love the pure ingredients in Hilary’s Eat Well Veggie Burgers. Beyond wholesome, these patties really are something you could make at home – but you don’t have to. Not to mention, they’re a completely allergy-friendly and conscientious brand. Everything at Hilary’s Eat Well is Certified Organic, Non-GMO Verified, Certified Gluten Free, vegan, and free of top allergens (yes, no dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts or soy)!
Both varieties of the Hilary’s Eat Well Veggie Burgers that we taste-tested have a pleasant, firm delivery that gets nice and crispy on the outside and can be grilled, sauteed or even toasted.

Hemp & Greens Burger – This was the first variety that I tried and the one I ended up purchasing again. It was a hands down winner for me with just enough flavor, a tender bite, and a wonderful nutty, grainy, and veggie vibe overall. The only reason I had to knock a star down was that it is a little dry between a bun – the primary medium for eating veggie burgers. But I did love it on salad or simply with veggies and sauce.
Adzuki Bean Burger – I still loved the texture: crisp on the outside and tender but still firm on the inside. However, this one lacked the wow factor in terms of flavor. It’s very mild and even slightly lackluster; my taste buds had to hunt out the hints of spice. Nonetheless, it’s filled with an array of nutritious ingredients, is relatively light with a good balance of fat, protein, and fiber, and has zero grams of sugar.
I’m very curious about some of the other new and exciting flavors, and the “World’s Best”, but the above were the varieties available to us. Feel free to comment with feedback on the flavors of Hilary’s Eat Well Veggie Burgers that you’ve eaten!
